Microsoft Engineer

We're currently seeking a Microsoft Engineer to join a growing infrastructure and operations team supporting enterprise environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong Microsoft and VMware experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting critical systems, and working directly with customers to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Be Working With:

• Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, DNS, and Group Policy

• VMware environments, including vSphere, Horizon, and VDI platforms

• Enterprise storage, backup, and virtualization technologies

• Azure Entra ID, PKI, networking, and hybrid infrastructure solutions

• ServiceNow for incident management and operational support

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Microsoft infrastructure or systems engineering experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core Microsoft server technologies

• Experience supporting virtualized environments and enterprise infrastructure

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills

• Microsoft certification (MCSE or Microsoft 365 Certification preferred)
