The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, and cloud technologie

s.This role is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, performance, and availability of mission-critical infrastructure across production and non-production environments. The candidate should have experience handling infrastructure upgrades, migrations, P1/P2 incident resolution, performance optimization, and ITIL-based operational suppor

• ts.Perform Windows Server operating system upgrades, server migrations, and lifecycle management activiti
• es.Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server performance issues related to CPU, memory, storage, networking, services, and applicatio
• ns.Monitor server health, resource utilization, and system performance to ensure optimal availability, reliability, and operational efficien
• cy.Support VMware infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle management, patching, and security vulnerability remediation activiti
• es.Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization, storage, networking, and operating system issues within enterprise environmen
• ts.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement corrective and preventive actio
• ns.Provide support for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, including escalation management and timely resoluti
• on.Automate routine administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell, PowerCLI, and other automation too
