Role Description The Technical Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Germany, supporting enterprise clients with Indo Asia Global Technologies’ IT and ERP solutions. The Technical Engineer will install, configure, and maintain ERP systems, cloud infrastructure, and network components, ensuring stability, security, and performance. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client business needs. The role involves monitoring system health, implementing cybersecurity best practices, supporting IT automation initiatives, and documenting configurations and procedures. The Technical Engineer will also collaborate with project managers and consultants on deployments, upgrades, and integrations, while providing clear technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP HANA, or SAP Business One, including configuration, deployment, and support.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, data center environments, and network design, including backup, data security, and high-availability setups.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, IT automation tools, and network monitoring solutions, with the ability to implement and maintain secure, resilient systems.
• Proficiency in system administration (Windows and/or Linux), databases (e.g., SQL), and scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and deliver timely resolutions in a client-focused environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams and interact professionally with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Cisco, cloud or security certifications) are an advantage.
