The Role

We are looking for a Virtual Platform Administrator to support and maintain enterprise VMware environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
• Perform monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
• Support incident, request, change, and problem management processes.
• Validate backups and support disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of infrastructure or virtualization administration experience.
• Strong hands-on VMware/vCenter administration experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, change management, and SLA-driven support.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• VMware VCP certification.
• NSX-T exposure.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, backup, and DR solutions.
• Automation or scripting experience (PowerShell/Bash)
