Job Summar

yWe are seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer to support mission-critical applications within the Home Lending Technology organization. This role is responsible for maintaining the availability, stability, and performance of enterprise applications by providing production support, infrastructure monitoring, automation, incident management, and operational excellence

.The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting Java-based applications, enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools in a 24x7 production environment. This individual will partner closely with application, database, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues, improve system reliability, and automate operational processes

Key Responsibiliti

• esProvide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications in a high-availability environmen
• t.Monitor application health and system performance using enterprise monitoring and observability tool
• s.Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, database, and middleware issue
• s.Perform incident management, problem management, root cause analysis (RCA), and change management activitie
• s.Support Java-based web applications running on Linux and Windows platform
• s.Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scriptin
• g.Manage application deployments, technical refreshes, vulnerability remediation, and platform upgrade
• s.Support batch processing, job scheduling, and production monitoring using Autosys or equivalent scheduling tool
• s.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, security, and networking teams to resolve complex production issue
• s.Participate in release activities, disaster recovery testing, business continuity planning, and on-call production suppor
• t.Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedure
• s.Mentor junior engineers and promote operational best practice

s.Required Qualificatio

• ns4+ years of Systems Engineering or Production Support experienc
• e.4+ years supporting enterprise Java applications in productio
• n.Experience supporting Linux and Windows server environment
• s.Strong experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or simila
• r.Experience with Autosys or other enterprise job scheduling tool
• s.Automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Shell Scripting, or Pytho
• n.Experience supporting Web, Application, Database, and Server technologie
• s.Knowledge of incident management, change management, and root cause analysi
• s.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise production environment

s.Preferred Qualificatio

• nsExperience supporting cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or PC
• F.Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or other enterprise database
• s.Experience supporting middleware platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, or II
• S.Experience with file transfer technologies such as SFTP, Connect, or Axwa
• y.Knowledge of PKI, SSL certificates, and enterprise security practice
• s.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Harnes
• s.Financial Services or Banking industry experienc
• e.Exposure to AI/ML technologies and operational automatio
