IT Systems Administrator & AI Projects Specialist

Cosmatos Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and skilled IT Systems Administrator & AI Projects Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the company’s daily IT operations while also contributing to our growing AI strategy and the development of innovative technology projects across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot computer, printer, hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Monitor networks, systems and IT infrastructure
• Manage and verify backups and recovery procedures
• Install, configure and maintain computers, software and peripheral equipment
• Support user accounts, permissions, email systems and business applications
• Assist with cybersecurity, system updates and IT documentation
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers and service providers when required
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate internal processes
• Participate in the development and implementation of AI-based tools and projects
• Support the Group’s broader digital transformation and AI strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another relevant field
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking and IT troubleshooting
• Familiarity with backup systems, network monitoring and Microsoft Windows environments
• Excellent command of both Greek and English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Additional Skills That Will Be Considered an Advantage

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualisation or cloud environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience with scripting, automation or software development
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, APIs, machine learning or workflow automation
• Previous experience in an internal IT support or systems administration role
