On behalf of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, we are looking for a (Senior) Systems Engineer (m/f/d). You will help ensure stable operations, improve the underlying application infrastructure, and work closely with internal technical teams as well as external partners such as WiseTech. Anforderungen - Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable vocational training, combined with practical experience in system administration and/or application support
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL Server, and IIS administration, including troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
• Professional proficiency in English, with German or additional language skills considered a plus
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties, up to two weeks per quarter
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Services, core AWS services, Citrix environments, or XML/EDI interfaces would be beneficial
• Experience with CargoWise One (CW1), another business-critical logistics or ERP platform, or working in multicultural and globally distributed teams is welcome

Aufgaben - Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for a business-critical corporate application
• Configure, maintain, patch and troubleshoot CargoWise One on Microsoft Windows Server
• Administer and optimize Microsoft IIS, including websites and application pools
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases hosted on AWS EC2
• Monitor AWS infrastructure
• Support Citrix DaaS application delivery
• Resolve complex incidents across application, server, database and access layers
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles
• Collaborate with internal technical teams
• Participate in the on-call rotation for up to two weeks per quarter
