Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with experience supporting Terminal Management Systems (TMS) and OT environments. Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, TMS applications, PLC/HMI systems, and industrial integrations.
Required Skills:
TMS6 / TMS7 support and troubleshooting
Linux / Red Hat administration
MySQL basics (queries, validation)
OT integrations: Toptech, TABS/TDS, Digi, Railman
PLC & HMI troubleshooting
Incident Management, P1/P2 support, RCA
Experience with ITSM processes
Flexible for US/night shifts and on-call support
