Infrastructure Engineer (On-Prem) at BairesDev

As an Infrastructure Engineer (On-Prem), you will maintain and optimize robust server environments, ensuring the stability of our core physical and virtualized systems. You will serve as a key link between traditional hardware management and modern automation, facilitating smooth operations across hybrid cloud architectures.

What You'll Do

• Architect and manage mission-critical Linux and Windows server environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop custom automation scripts to streamline repetitive system administration tasks and configuration management.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Maintain and secure complex networking configurations to facilitate seamless connectivity across hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate on-premises resources with cloud-based service delivery models.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps.
• Proven expertise in managing on-premises Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus and ELK.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud configurations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
