We're looking for an experienced SRE / PSS Engineer (L3 Production Support) with strong expertise in production support, monitoring, automation, and scripting.

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Experience: 10+ Years

Must-Have Skills

L3 Production/Application Support (Mandatory)

ITRS Geneos (Rules, Samplers, Active Console) or similar monitoring tools

Windows & Unix/Linux Administration

PowerShell / Shell / Batch Scripting

Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers)

Job Scheduling Airflow / Control-M

Production Infrastructure Support & ITIL Processes

Automation mindset to reduce manual efforts

Good To Have

Java or Python Programming

Experience with application architecture and production monitoring

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Configure and manage ITRS monitoring (rules, samplers, Active Console).
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Automate operational tasks using scripting.
• Manage job schedulers like Airflow/Control-M.
• Support Windows & Unix production environments.
• Ensure application stability, availability, and operational excellence.
