Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support application monitoring and observability initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with foundational experience in infrastructure monitoring, dashboards, or application performance monitoring (APM) who are looking to grow their careers in enterprise technology.

In this role, you will assist in creating and maintaining monitoring dashboards, analyzing application performance metrics, and supporting automation efforts to improve system visibility and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain monitoring dashboards using Dynatrace.
• Develop reusable dashboard templates for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
• Analyze system metrics and identify performance trends.
• Assist in troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to improve monitoring capabilities.
• Support automation initiatives by building standardized monitoring solutions.
• Document monitoring configurations, dashboards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in infrastructure support, monitoring, DevOps, cloud operations, or application support.
• Basic knowledge of Dynatrace or another Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool.
• Understanding of application performance monitoring concepts and system metrics.
• Familiarity with dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized environments.
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of monitoring or observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
