What You'll Do

• Own and manage Okta as the organization's identity provider, including SSO integrations, application onboarding, authentication policies, and lifecycle management, not just day-to-day user administration
• Administer endpoint management through Intune and/or Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment
• Manage patch management processes across the environment to keep systems current and secure
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks and reduce manual work
• Support and maintain general networking infrastructure (switching, routing, VPN, wireless as applicable)
• Ensure systems and processes align with HIPAA, SOC, and/or ISO compliance requirements
• Partner with the security team (or apply security best practices directly) across all implementations
• Serve as the go-to operational lead for the technologies above, troubleshooting issues and driving improvements

Ideal Experienc

• eExperience supporting enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, or IT network
• sHands-on administration of Windows and Mac (Jamf) environment
• sOkta: hands-on implementation experience (not just user/account admin) - must have led or been closely involved in SSO integrations, with strong understanding of Okta's architectur
• eIntune: experience managing endpoints, policies, and configuration
• sStrong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and modern identity services (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID
• )Hands-on experience with cloud migration project
• sPowerShell scripting for automation and system administratio
• nGeneral security experience: endpoint security, identity security, certificates, access control, or broader infosec exposur
• eKnowledge of network fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and enterprise firewall solution
• sExperience with virtualization platforms, storage solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity plannin
