- Software and Hardware maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of various hardware, including PCs, laptops, iPads, PDAs, printers, copiers, and scanners, in addition to the installation and up, keep of operating systems and application software.
- Network Management: Administer and maintain internet connections and SD-WAN dedicated lines, resolve network issues within office and production areas, and manage wireless access point (AP) equipment.
- Server room Management: Handle troubleshooting and inspections of temperature and humidity control systems, UPS units and batteries, air conditioning, and fire safety equipment in the data center; address AC power outages, and manage cabinet PDU and UPS power supplies.
- Application System Management: Oversee locally developed business systems (e.g., ESD and MES systems) to ensure they effectively support the factory's specific operational requirements.
- Monitoring Management: Conduct troubleshooting and routine inspections of surveillance cameras and NVR hard disk recorders to ensure optimal functionality of the monitoring system.
- Access Control Management: Manage user access rights and data, maintain access control systems, and uphold security measures.
- Compliance Initiatives: Support the organization in achieving compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR regulations.
- NIS 2 experience is an advantage.
