Application Operation Engineer

Requires experience in ITSM system operatios, such as Ivanti, ServiceNow, Opentext, Jira and other mainstream ITSM systems.

Main responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the daily operations of the application system to ensure its stable operation.

2. Monitor and analyze the application performance, identify and solve system problems.

3. Assist in the implementation of the deployment and upgrade of the application system to ensure a smooth transition.

4. Maintain operations documents, record system changes and operation manuals.

5. Provide technical support to solve technical issues raised by customers and the internal team.

6. Assist in conducting system health checks, prevent potential risks and propose improvement suggestions.

7. Collaborate with the development team to support the development and testing environment of the application system.

Job Requirements:

Work Experience:

1. Experience in application operations or system management.

2. Candidates with experience in application operation and maintenance for large enterprises or multinational companies are preferred.

Certification Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and application operations best practices.

2. Candidates holding relevant technical certifications (such as RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred.

Skills Requirements:

1. Proficient in common application operations tools (such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and automation operations technologies (such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.), with the ability to troubleshoot system faults and optimize performance.

2. Proficient in at least one programming language (such as Python, Java, Shell, etc.) is preferred.

3. Experience in database management (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) is required.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of closely cooperating with the development team and other technical teams.
