Operations Engineer

Office address : Bucharest Sema Parc (Splaiul Independentei 319, 6th District), Bruxelles Building

Main Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the application system, ensuring its stable operation.

2. Monitor and analyze application performance, identify and solve system issues.

3. Assist in the implementation of application system deployment and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition.

4. Maintain operation and maintenance documents, record system changes and operation manuals.

5. Provide technical support to address technical issues raised by customers and the internal team.

6. Assist in conducting system health checks, preventing potential risks and proposing improvement suggestions.

7. Collaborate with the development team to support the development and testing environment of the application system.

Work Experience:

1. Experience in application operation and maintenance or system management.

2. Candidates with experience in large enterprises or multinational companies are preferred.

Certification Requirements:

1. Familiar with the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and application operation and maintenance best practices.

2. Candidates holding relevant technical certifications (such as RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred.

Skills Requirements:

1. Familiar with common application operation and maintenance tools (such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana) and automation operation and maintenance technologies (such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef), with the ability to troubleshoot system failures and optimize performance.

2. Proficient in at least one programming language (such as Python, Java, Shell) are preferred.

3. Have experience in database management (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to closely cooperate with the development team and other technical teams.
