We're Hiring: Middleware Administrator – L2 (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Middleware Administrator with strong expertise in JBoss Administration? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in managing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise middleware environments.

What You'll Do

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and IIS environments.
• Install, upgrade, patch, and maintain middleware platforms across development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure SLA compliance.
• Configure data sources, application deployments, security certificates, virtual hosts, and application pools.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Perl, or Ruby.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on server builds, migrations, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Monitor middleware performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support security compliance initiatives.
• Create technical documentation, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with JBoss Administration.
• Experience with Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and Microsoft IIS.
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows server environments.
• Experience integrating middleware with web servers and databases.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Wily, or DT.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM ticketing tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• JBoss Administration Certification.
• ITIL Certification.
• Exposure to Storage, Backup, Database, or Network technologies.
