We are looking for an experienced Linux Administrator with strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) expertise to join our infrastructure and transition services team. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale environments, lead technical transitions, implement best practices, and support critical infrastructure for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer environments, architecture, and infrastructure landscapes.
• Validate project scope, due diligence findings, and identify any technical or operational gaps.
• Develop transition and migration documentation with a clear understanding of customer architecture.
• Lead knowledge transfer activities and ensure successful service handover to BAU teams.
• Identify risks proactively, create mitigation plans, and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
• Participate in project planning, migration activities, and service go-live processes.
• Implement infrastructure hardening, service assurance, and operational best practices.
• Manage onboarding of monitoring solutions and remote device management.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and technology.
