DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Devops Engineer for the below JD.

Location: Brussels – Belgium on hybrid mode.

JD

Operating Systems & Security

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) administration

• Deep understanding of SELinux: configuration, troubleshooting, and policy management

• Familiarity with system hardening, patching, and performance tuning Automation & Configuration Management

• Proficiency in Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management

• Ability to write and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventory files

Web & Network Services

• Expertise in Nginx/ Nginx + as a reverse proxy and load balancer

• Expertise in F5 ApProtect Web Application Firewall

• Expertise in Opswat Meta Defender AV/AM

• Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, including:

• Request/response lifecycle

• Headers, cookies, and status codes

• Caching, compression, and security best practices (e.g., HSTS, CSP

• Understand networking building blocks: TCP/IP, TLS, DNS

DevOps & CI/CD

• Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, build, and release pipelines

• Ability to design and implement YAML-based CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Azure Repos, Artifacts, …

Version Control

• Advanced knowledge of Git:

• Branching strategies

• Conflict resolution and rebasing

• Tagging, cherry-picking, and hooks

Scripting & Programming

• Strong scripting skills in Bash for automation and system tasks

• Working knowledge of Python for tooling and integration

• Familiarity with Java for backend services or legacy systems
