A leading global investment firm is seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer to join its NYC Infrastructure team. This role will focus on designing, maintaining, and modernizing a highly available global infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, Azure, and AWS environments.
  • Drive infrastructure upgrades, cloud initiatives, automation, and performance improvements.
  • Support critical financial and business applications.
  • Manage patching, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure security.
  • Automate processes using PowerShell and CI/CD.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead root cause analysis.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Systems/Infrastructure Engineering experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, Azure, and AWS.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.
  • Strong PowerShell and automation skills.
  • Experience supporting highly available, enterprise environments.

Location: NYC | 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
