Active Directory Specialist

Turing Consulting is seeking some versatile and delivery-focused Active Directory SME with the following skills

Description:

*Active Directory SME:*

1. Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure (AD DS 2019).

2. Ensure AD security, compliance, and governance.

3. Troubleshoot complex AD issues and recent hands-on experience

4. Collaborate with teams for AD integration with other systems.

5. Develop and maintain AD documentation.

6. Strong knowledge MSA, GMSA and CMSA

7. Experience in remediation / migration of DC

8. In-depth knowledge on AD Tiering Model

9. Hands-on experience in DNS management (Internal / External)

10. GPO management

11. Knowledge on Quest RMAD DRE and Change Auditor

12. Hands-on experience in Domain Controller Patching

*Operations Lead:*

1. Lead IT operations team, providing guidance and mentorship.

2. Develop and implement IT operational processes and procedures.

3. Ensure IT service management (ITSM) best practices.

4. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders for IT service delivery.

*Leadership Responsibilities:*

1. Strategic planning for IT operations and AD.

2. Budget planning and resource allocation.

3. Performance monitoring and reporting.

4. Team development and training.

5. Stakeholder communication and relationship building.

*Requirements:*

1. 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 8+ years focused on Active Directory.

2. In-depth knowledge of AD, ITSM, and ITIL.

3. Leadership experience, with proven track record.

4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

5. Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, ITIL).

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS).

2. Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible).

3. Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow).
