Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:

As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests by creating and implementing Requests for Change, as well as updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in documenting processes and procedures to improve team knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of system administration and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
• Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning for Linux systems.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify and resolve issues.
• Understanding of networking concepts and their application within Linux systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
