• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Operations.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in multi-tiered environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with security best practices and patch management in enterprise environments.
