As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business operations. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and enhancing service delivery.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
• Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
