This company develops innovative digital solutions that simplify and accelerate the work of claims managers, automotive experts, and car dealerships. Their software runs on proprietary hardware within a private cloud infrastructure in a colocation data center.

The Role

• Administer and evolve a Proxmox cluster and RedHat Linux-based VMs.
• Ensure high availability and implement storage and backup concepts.
• Manage company-wide IT security, including vulnerability and patch management, SIEM, and incident response.
• Harden servers, clusters, and endpoints (Linux, macOS, Windows).
• Advise the development team on security matters related to CI/CD and Secure SDLC.
• Gradually build ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience administering RedHat-based Linux distributions.
• Experience with private cloud infrastructure operations and architecture, and strong server hardware knowledge.
• Solid understanding of network technologies and high availability.
• Practical experience with Proxmox, OPNsense, FreeIPA, and LDAP.
• Knowledge of storage and backup concepts.
• SecOps experience: Vulnerability Management, SIEM/Log Management, and Incident Response.
• Experience with endpoint security for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
