Deine Aufgaben bei uns

• IT-Infrastruktur & Support: Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur, steuerst die Beschaffung sowie Einrichtung der Hardware und stellst den First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere rund 100 Kolleginnen und Kollegen an 3 Standorten sicher.
• IT-Security: Du garantierst die Einhaltung moderner Sicherheitsstandards und entwickelst unsere IT-Sicherheitskonzepte in Abstimmung mit den Konzernrichtlinien kontinuierlich und zukunftsorientiert weiter.
• Projekte & Applikationen: Du begleitest spannende Projekte zur Einführung neuer Business-Applikationen und unterstützt aktiv beim strategischen Aufbau sowie der Strukturierung unserer internen Datenbanken.
• Schnittstelle & Sparringspartner: Du stimmst globale IT-Projekte und -Richtlinien eng mit unserem Headquarter in Asien ab und koordinierst die dortigen Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die dich operativ unterstützen. Gleichzeitig agierst du als strategischer Business Partner für das Management.

Das bringst du mit

• Dein Werkzeugkasten: IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Security beherrschst du aus dem FF. Darüber hinaus bringst du idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in den anderen Bereichen mit oder hast die Motivation, dich dort hineinzuentwickeln.
• Fundierte IT-Basis: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration), ein entsprechendes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Projekterfahrung: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Einführung von Software/Applikationen sowie im Aufbau oder der Pflege von Datenbanksystemen mit.
• Interkulturelle Kompetenz: Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, besitzt interkulturelles Feingefühl und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
• Das passende Mindset: Du verstehst dich nicht bloß als reiner Ticket-Bearbeiter, sondern schaust gerne über den Tellerrand hinaus. Du hast Lust, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und die IT als echten Treiber für das gesamte Team voranzubringen.

Your Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure & Support: You are responsible for the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, manage hardware procurement and setup, and provide first- and second-level support for our approximately 100 colleagues across 3 locations.
• IT Security: You ensure compliance with modern security standards and continuously develop our IT security concepts with a future-oriented approach.
• Projects & Applications: You support exciting projects for the rollout of new business applications and actively assist in the strategic setup and structuring of our internal databases.
• Interface & Sparring Partner: You coordinate global IT projects and guidelines closely with our headquarters in Asia, managing the local colleagues who support you operationally. At the same time, you act as a strategic business partner for management.

What You Bring to the Table

• Your Toolbox: You know IT infrastructure and IT security inside out. Ideally, you already have experience in the other areas or possess the motivation to develop your skills further in those fields.
• Solid IT Foundation: A completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration), a corresponding degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Project Experience: You bring experience in implementing software/applications as well as in setting up or maintaining database systems.
• Intercultural Competence: You enjoy working with international teams, possess intercultural sensitivity, and communicate confidently in both German and English.
• The Right Mindset: You don't see yourself just as a ticket processor; you love to look at the bigger picture. You are eager to actively shape processes and drive IT forward as a true enabler for the entire team.
