Job Location:- Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience:- 2-5 Years

Responsible for day-to-day administration and support of Windows server and virtualization environments in a 24x7 production setup. Ensures stability, security, and availability of infrastructure supporting critical business applications.

• Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments across production and non-production
• Perform server builds, configuration, hardening, and CMDB updates
• Execute patching, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities
• Monitor server health and resolve L2 incidents within SLA
• Manage VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix virtualization (VM lifecycle operations)
• Handle backup, restore, and DR support using enterprise backup tools
• Support Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services
• Perform troubleshooting of OS, performance, and infrastructure issues
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and audit compliance evidence
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support and incident response

• Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix AHV)
• Backup & Recovery (Veeam / Commvault / Rubrik)
• Patch Management (WSUS / SCCM / Intune)
• PowerShell scripting (basic to intermediate)
• Monitoring tools (SCOM / SolarWinds / PRTG)
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
• Basic Azure / Hybrid infrastructure knowledge

• 2?5 years of Wintel / Windows Server administration experience
• Experience in production and virtualized environments
• Exposure to ITIL-based operations and SLA-driven support
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent qualification
• Relevant Microsoft or VMware certifications preferred
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-call rotation
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
