Senior Information Technology Manager

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Information Technology to lead infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and IT support operations across multiple sites in Canada and the U.S. This role is ideal for a proven IT leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving technology transformation in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead IT infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, and service desk functions.
• Build, mentor, and develop a growing IT team, including hiring key leadership positions.
• Standardize processes, documentation, and technology environments across multiple locations.
• Drive security, disaster recovery, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to execute a multi-year IT roadmap while remaining hands-on when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and support.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise IT environments.
• Strong expertise in networking, Windows infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and service desk management.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or other 24/7 operational environments is highly preferred.
• A hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with execution.
