Microsoft 365 Engineer/ IT Analyst IV

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead the administration, engineering, security, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform. The ideal candidate will manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and Entra ID, while ensuring platform reliability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID.
• Manage identity and access using SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and Identity Governance.
• Implement security and compliance solutions with Microsoft Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, and retention policies.
• Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Evaluate Microsoft 365 roadmap features and lead platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 8+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, and enterprise security best practices is preferred.
