Solution Advisor

About the role We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Solution Advisor/Presales to join our growing EMEA-based team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting sales efforts for the Truvio Finance Suite (consisting of ExFlow and SKsoft products) within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ecosystem. As a Solution Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our growth and connecting client challenges with powerful solutions. You won’t just support sales, you’ll drive it. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll: - Bring products within the Truvio Finance Suite (consisting of ExFlow and SKsoft products) to life through compelling demonstrations - Shape deals before they’re won - Influence stakeholders at all levels—including CFOs - Turn complex finance needs into clear, high-impact value stories If you thrive on presenting, influencing, and solving real business problems, this role is for you. What You’ll Do - Partner closely with sales to win new business - Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Lead discovery workshops to uncover client needs - Craft compelling solution narratives and value propositions - Support RFPs, proposals, and technical responses - Build impactful demo environments tailored to industries - Provide high-level solution design guidance - Collaborate with product teams to shape future innovation - Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation - Work with the Customer Success organisation to support crafting adoption plans and explore opportunities in Truvio's installed base What You Bring - Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, especially financial modules - Background in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing roles - Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury processes - Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and executives - Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Understanding of value selling; expert level articulation and fluency build up of Return on Invest Based Value Propositions - Fluency in French, with the ability to confidently engage with French-speaking clients and stakeholders and presentation ready English language Who You Are You’re more than just experienced; you’re driven, curious, and commercially minded.
