Position Description:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical servers and server components including CPU, GPU, memory, storage, network interfaces, and RAID controllers.
- Utilize Out-of-Band (OOB) management technologies such as iDRAC, iLO, IPMI, Redfish, or similar BMC platforms to remotely monitor, manage, and recover servers.
- Perform root cause analysis and hardware failure investigations using structured troubleshooting methodologies (FMEA).
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible to streamline server provisioning,
