Sr Network Engineer

Are you passionate about designing, supporting, and improving enterprise network environments? We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing network solutions for global clients.

In this role, you'll work with modern cloud and on-premises technologies, lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and help drive automation and continuous improvement across complex networking environments.

What You'll Do

• Provide Level 3 support for complex network and infrastructure issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises network solutions.
• Lead network projects, client migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex networking environments and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop operational documentation and technical runbooks.
• Recommend automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure support.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS networking.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, wireless technologies, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network security.
• Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, and ICMP.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA (or equivalent)
• CompTIA Network+
• Azure Network Engineer or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• Linux Essentials
