Are you passionate about IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Cybersecurity? We're looking for a motivated Junior IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support daily IT operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Description

• Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, network, printer, and user account issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Assist with device installation, deployment, and inventory management.
• Maintain IT and OT asset inventories, including hardware, software, IP addresses, ownership, and location details.
• Support infrastructure documentation, asset labeling, and tagging.
• Assist with infrastructure deployment, installation documentation, readiness verification, and project checklist updates.
• Support network documentation and architecture updates, including VLANs, switches, firewalls, and connectivity documentation.
• Assist with endpoint inventory, asset visibility, cybersecurity documentation, and compliance activities.
• Support audit evidence collection and maintain compliance documentation repositories.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, inventory records, project trackers, status reports, and management reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, DNS).
• Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365.
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
• Strong interest in networking, cybersecurity, and Operational Technology (OT).
• Eager to learn with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
