Head of Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Technology Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Technology Operations to lead the architecture, deployment, and 24/7 reliability of our mission-critical networks and heavy transaction-processing platforms. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage high-performing engineering teams and ensure absolute data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for enterprise IT infrastructure, modern data centers, and secure hybrid cloud adoption.
• Ensure near-zero data loss architectures and manage complex multi-site Disaster Recovery operations.
• Optimize infrastructure layers for heavy, time-bound batch processing sequences and massive transactional workloads.
• Lead a cross-functional team of infrastructure managers, network engineers, and DBAs. Direct SLAs and negotiations with top-tier global vendors.
• Manage the annual Capex/Opex budget. Ensure infrastructure strictly complies with international frameworks and local financial regulatory mandates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineering with 7 years in a Senior Managerial within large-scale, high-volume transactional environments.
• Strong background optimization environments that support mission-critical ledger systems, or high-throughput financial transaction engines.
• Authoritative knowledge of enterprise OS, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, enterprise storage, and database infrastructure.
• Exceptional C-level stakeholder management, calm crisis-handling skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
