VP-Head of Infrastructure

As an IT Infrastructure/Systems Architect, you are responsible for designing and developing the core technical platforms and services that underpin the organization’s business processes and data management. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that IT infrastructure components—including hardware, software, and communication networks—are effectively mapped and integrated to support seamless operations and strategic objectives. Key areas of focus include analyzing technology interactions and dependencies to achieve optimal integration, compatibility, and system performance. You will also evaluate different IT platform and infrastructure alternatives, assessing their total cost of ownership and return on investment to inform decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that IT systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

Approve IT infrastructure architecture designs and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Technology Evaluation and Selection

Make final decisions on IT platform, hardware, and software selections, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and budget constraints.

Integration and Implementation Planning

Oversee the planning process and approve the final implementation roadmap for infrastructure integration and deployment.

System Performance Optimization

Oversee achievement of performance targets and establish continuous improvement processes for infrastructure optimization.
