Infrastructure Administrator - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview:

The Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for supporting enterprise infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, security compliance, and effective administration of Windows/Linux environments and infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components across Windows and Linux environments
• Perform system administration activities including OS configuration, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting
• Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management tools
• Support infrastructure security controls and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring solutions
• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL practices
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration baselines
• Support automation initiatives using scripting tools

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration
• Hands-on experience with:
• Windows Server and Linux administration
• Server troubleshooting and system hardening
• Monitoring and security agents deployment
• Backup and recovery solutions
• Virtualization platforms
• PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
• Experience working in enterprise or banking environments is preferred
• Knowledge of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
