IT Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the organization's server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, Group Policy, and identity management.
- Administer and maintain email services, including user provisioning, licensing, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and email security.
- Manage and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions, including backup scheduling, monitoring, restoration testing, and recovery verification to ensure business continuity.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, wireless networks, firewalls, VPN connectivity, and structured cabling.
- Monitor and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, firewall policies, and security updates across the IT environment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, and business applications, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, providing both remote and on-premises support.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning hardware, user accounts, system access, software, and secure data retention.
- Administer file storage, shared folders, access permissions, and enterprise storage solutions.
- Administer domain registrations, DNS records, website hosting services, and related subscriptions.
- Administer print management, telephony, CCTV, and other business support systems.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and technology lifecycle records.
- Support IT procurement by evaluating technology solutions and recommending suitable hardware and software purchases.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, operational procedures, and system records.
- Assist with IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technology deployments.
- Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors to maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve company operations through AI tools, process automation, and the adoption of emerging technologies where appropriate.
- Deliver end-user guidance and conduct IT security awareness and new technology training sessions to promote the effective and secure use of IT systems.

- Acronis Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Windows File Services & NAS Storage (Synology, WD)
- Cisco Switching
- UniFi Networking (Controllers & Access Points)
- Sophos Firewalls & Sophos Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and LAN/WAN Networking
- Hyper-V and/or VMware Virtualization
- Canon uniFLOW Print Management
- PBX / VoIP Administration
- CCTV / NVR Systems
- cPanel & Plesk Hosting
- Domain Registration & DNS Management
- IT Asset & Software License Management
- Saudi Aramco Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC / SAC-210) requirements and compliance processes
