Job Overview:
The Senior Network Administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security compliance across banking/enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions
- Configure and maintain network security solutions including NGFW, IPS/IDS, WAF, NAC, and secure access technologies
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, and enterprise networking technologies
- Support SOC integration requirements including SIEM, NDR, log forwarding, NetFlow, and security monitoring
- Perform network troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and preventive actions
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise network administration
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco networking technologies
- Palo Alto / Fortinet / Check Point / F5 firewalls
- LAN/WAN, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN
- VPN technologies (IPSec / SSL VPN)
- Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent)
- SIEM/SOC integration
- Experience in banking or regulated environments is preferred
- Knowledge of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
