We are seeking a senior ‑ level Network professional to lead the design, delivery, and operation of secure, resilient network solutions across campus, branch, and data center environments. This role owns end ‑ to ‑ end solution delivery and works in close partnership with infrastructure, security, real estate, risk, and audit teams to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, highly regulated enterprise environments.
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure Platform–Network Services team. This position is based in Pune, India.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage And Deliver End-to-end Network Provisioning And Operations Across:
- DNS (A/CNAME/IPAM integrations)
- Load Balancers (F5 / AVI)
- Firewalls (policy creation, NAT, routing)
- Proxy services (McAfee / Zscaler)
Drive self-service transformation by identifying automation use cases and enabling zero/low-touch provisioning models.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and governance teams to deliver standardized, secure, and scalable solutions
Own change execution lifecycle including RFC creation, validation, execution, and closure
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong experience in enterprise network routing and switching across multiple platforms.
- Extensive hands ‑ on expertise with SD ‑ WAN, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and related routing technologies in large ‑ scale environments.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating branch and campus network infrastructures globally.
- Strong foundation in ITIL processes, application management, formal change management, network governance controls and risk analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions and manage technical stakeholders with an ownership mindset.
- Experience with observability and logging, including SIEM/log analytics, performance monitoring, configuration baselines, and drift detection.
- Working knowledge of network automation concepts, including scripting (e.g., Python) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to standardize and enforce controls.
- Advanced proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong background in wireless network design and implementation, including Aruba or similar WLC and access point solutions.
- Experience working with service providers and carriers, including troubleshooting and escalation to resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds to proactively monitor, diagnose, and maintain network health.
- Exceptional problem ‑ solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience); advanced degree preferred.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in enterprise network engineering or infrastructure delivery roles.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
