🏢 Data Center Specialist (HPE & NetApp) – Hybrid (Porto)

What we are looking for

💻 Hard Skills

• Strong experience managing and maintaining HPE ProLiant server infrastructures, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with HPE ecosystem solutions, including:
• ⚙️ HPE iLO for remote administration and troubleshooting
• 📊 HPE OneView for centralized infrastructure management
• Solid knowledge of Data Center best practices, including High Availability (HA), clustering solutions, and capacity planning.
• Strong experience working with NetApp ONTAP storage environments, including provisioning, administration, and optimization.
• Knowledge of key storage technologies such as:
• 📦 Storage Provisioning (LUNs and Volumes)
• 📸 Snapshots and Data Protection
• 🔄 Replication (SnapMirror / SnapVault)
• 💾 Deduplication and Compression
• Experience integrating compute and storage infrastructures, ensuring reliability and performance across enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of storage connectivity and optimization technologies:
• 🌐 SAN (Fibre Channel)
• 🔗 iSCSI
• ⚡ Multipathing
• 🚀 Performance Tuning
• Strong experience with VMware virtualization environments, including ESXi, vCenter, Clusters, vMotion, HA, and DRS.
• Experience implementing and managing Backup & Disaster Recovery strategies, including Veeam integration, site replication, and recovery planning.
• Knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis tools, with the ability to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks related to CPU, storage latency, and network throughput.
• Experience supporting and maintaining mission-critical 24/7 environments.

• HPE ASE / Master ASE (Infrastructure or Hybrid IT).
• NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA).
• NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer.
• VMware VCP Certification.
• VMware VCAP Certification.
