Network Architect

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Support the design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and operation of an evolving network architecture.
• Manage network architecture, including operational and security-related updates and changes.
• Lead the deployment planning and coordination of network system upgrades at various field sites, both CONUS and OCONUS.
• Interface with Tier 2 support to assist with coordination and issue escalation.
• Provide briefings and regular status updates to Program leadership on network-related issues.
• Mentor and provide cross-discipline training to team personnel.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field with 8-15 years of relevant experience.
• Active and current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in network infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Juniper SSR architecture and configuration.
• Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementation.
• Proficiency in Cisco IOS/IOS-XE operating systems and strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
