Senior Network & Cyber Security Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Network & Cyber Security Engineer to support refinery and industrial control system operations by designing, implementing, and monitoring secure network and cybersecurity solutions.

NB: 12‑month contract (with possibility of renewal)

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and maintaining secure enterprise and industrial network architectures
• Supporting Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access solutions
• Leading vulnerability management, incident response, and remediation activities
• Administering SolarWinds monitoring platforms (NPM, NCM, NetFlow, Log Analyzer, SEM, IPAM)
• Preparing for audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and driving corrective actions
• Collaborating with OT teams to secure SCADA, DCS, and process control networks

Key requirements:

• 8+ years in network engineering, cybersecurity, or industrial infrastructure
• Experience in refining, petrochemical, energy, utilities, or manufacturing environments
• Strong skills in Cisco routing/switching and enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies, and network security architecture
• Hands‑on experience with SolarWinds administration and compliance reporting
• Proven track record in audit readiness and regulated environments
