About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Network Admin (L2+) to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The role involves administering Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking, Kubernetes platforms, and security solutions while ensuring high availability, performance, and business continuity.

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Department: IT Infrastructure

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8–10 Years (Rel 5+ Yrs )

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (General Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Administer Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Configure and manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Wireless Networks.
• Support Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads.
• Implement and maintain Zero Trust security architecture.
• Configure and manage firewalls, Zscaler, VPNs, and network security solutions.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Coordinate with OEMs, cloud providers, ISPs, and technology partners for issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, operational policies, and SLAs.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and recommend continuous improvements.

Preferred Qualification
