- Prepare high-quality IP network related Services responses for RFPs and RFQs.
- Develop and support IP service solutions, proposals, and proactive business offerings aligned with customer and organizational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain solution documentation, including Statements of Work (SoW), compliance documentation, change requests, and service cost estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to gather requirements and support IP solution development activities.
- Create, standardize, and maintain business documents, templates, and process-related materials to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Utilize knowledge of IP networking technologies and related services to contribute to solution design and service delivery initiatives.
- Apply analytical thinking and creativity to address challenges, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver effective solutions within demanding timelines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent with 7+ years of experience on IP technologies and related services.
- Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, BGP, MPLS VPN, Segment Routing, QoS, IPv4/IPv6, Carrier Ethernet, EVPN-VXLAN, and network security fundamentals.
- Experience in preparing IP Network technical services proposals and responding to complex RFPs/RFIs.
- Experience in deployment, care, and professional services costing.
- Experience in pre-sales, bid management, tendering, and proposal development activities.
- Demonstrated accountability, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality results while collaborating effectively in a global team environment.
- Ability to develop creative, out-of-the-box solutions and work effectively under tight timelines and dynamic business conditions.
- Cross-cultural collaboration skills, global mindset, and experience engaging with stakeholders across diverse geographies.
