Core Networking in Data Center Engineer

Shift Schedule: Mon - Thu 4 pm - 2 am EST

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise and data center network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks.
• Implement and maintain Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, Arista, or Juniper switches.
• Manage routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Configure VLANs, STP, VPC, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, and multicast.
• Support Spine-Leaf architecture and VXLAN/EVPN environments.
• Deploy and support Cisco ACI (preferred).
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot complex network performance and connectivity issues.
• Work with firewall, load balancer, and security teams to maintain secure network operations.
• Support data center migrations and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management.
