Operations Lead Engineer / Lead Fortinet SD-WAN Engineer

Position Overview

• We are seeking an Operations Lead Engineer/ Lead Fortinet SD-WAN Engineer to manage enterprise SD-WAN deployments, troubleshoot complex network issues, and provide technical leadership for global clients. The ideal candidate has strong Fortinet, Cisco networking, and enterprise security experience with proven leadership skills.

• Lead Fortinet SD-WAN deployments across 300+ branch locations.
• Own technical delivery, incident management, and escalation resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventative solutions.
• Support Fortinet and Cisco network troubleshooting across enterprise environments.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for complex issues.
• Manage network changes following ITIL-aligned processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to network engineers.

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, NOC operations, or infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiSASE.
• Experience with Cisco WAN, routing, switching, and enterprise firewall technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, IPsec, and DMVPN.
• Fortinet FCSS SD-WAN / NSE7 certification preferred.
• Cisco CCNP preferred; CCNA required.- ITIL Foundation and Security+ certifications are a plus.
