MSP Engineer (L3)

About the Role

Diligex is hiring a Level 3 Engineer (L3) to serve as the top technical escalation point within our Service Delivery team.

This is a senior, hands-on role for an engineer who thrives in complex environments, enjoys deep troubleshooting, and wants to have real impact across technical standards, incident response, and team capability.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the final escalation point for L1/L2 teams
• Own and resolve complex, high-severity incidents
• Lead response to major outages and critical issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
• Support project delivery (M365, security, infrastructure)
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate team capability

Technical Requirements (Must-Have)

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Microsoft 365 Security (Defender, identity, security controls)
• Entra ID (Azure AD) + Conditional Access (required)
• Active Directory & Windows Server
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Cisco Meraki (firewalls, switching, wireless)
• Networking (VPNs, routing, general architecture)

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of IT experience (MSP preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to fully own complex technical issues end-to-end
• Experience working across multiple client environments
• Strong communication (technical + client-facing)
