As part of Schneider Electric's Enterprise IT organization, you will serve as the technical owner for the Services domain, partnering with Product Management, Solution Architects, development teams, and strategic implementation partners to drive business transformation through modern SAP and Salesforce-based solutions. This role sits at the center of a major multi-year Service Management transformation program that is currently moving from design into build, with pilot deployments, global rollouts, and platform modernization initiatives already underway.

This is an opportunity to own a critical business domain, influence solution architecture and roadmap decisions, and help shape how Schneider Electric delivers service operations at scale. You will work across complex ERP landscapes, guide implementation partners, support Agile delivery teams, and ensure that solutions align with both business objectives and enterprise technology strategy.

If you are passionate about SAP Service Management, enterprise transformation, solution design, and driving measurable business value through technology, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a highly visible and strategic program.
