- Independently plan, scope, and deliver network infrastructure projects and operational improvements end-to-end.
- Define and maintain standards, runbooks, and best practices for Network administration across all supported platforms.
- Proactively identify and propose improvements to Network management processes, tooling, and architecture.
- Technical role with focus in Network Operations
- Provide technical leadership to the Network Operations team of approximately 6 people.
- Ensure the stability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the global network infrastructure.
- Support and coordinate network operations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
- Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents, root cause analysis, and complex troubleshooting.
- Improve and automate operations.
- Collaborate closely with other technical teams and management stakeholders to ensure smooth and aligned operations.
- Define and promote operational standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee and optimize network monitoring, observability, and management tools.
- Drive operational consistency and standardization across regions.
- Support team prioritization, incident escalation, and technical decision-making
- Evaluate new Network technologies, versions, and configurations to drive efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Contribute to automation efforts for provisioning, patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance tasks.
- On Call support
- Strong hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- SolarWinds
- Nagios
- Cisco Catalyst 9200 and 9400
- Cisco Nexus
- Cisco Meraki
- Operations Automation (Ansible, python, ...)
- Fortinet / FortiGate
- SD-WAN
- Nagios
- Cisco Catalyst Center
- Nexus Dashboard
- Automation & Scripting.
- Provide clear, regular progress updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders on ongoing initiatives.
- Document decisions, trade-offs, and technical recommendations in a structured and accessible manner.
- Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to align Network services with business needs.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership role within a global team.
- Cloud Knowledge (Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar operational frameworks.
- Experience with automation, operational reporting, and observability improvements.
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments and during major incidents.
- A global role with strong visibility and impact across the organization.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Network engineering/administration in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Cisco Technologies. (CCNP Certification and/or equivalent knowledge)
- Solid skills in Solarwinds.
- Proven ability to work autonomously: plan initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to report status, risks, and proposals to diverse stakeholders.
- Cloud Knowledge (Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar operational frameworks.
- Cisco CCNA, CCNP Certifications.
