Architect/Architectural Designer

Responsibilities will include: developing architectural drawings for use in both client presentations and construction documents; attending meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors; participating in existing conditions surveys and architectural base plan preparation; material and product research; addenda, clarification sketches, submittal reviews and jobsite meetings during construction administration.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Collaborative, resourceful, disciplined & quick-learning
- Experience with a broad range of project types preferred
- Strong passion for both design and the technical aspects getting a project built
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit a must, Adobe Creative Suite a strong plus
- Must live in Pittsburgh or willing to move to Pittsburgh as this is a mostly in-office position
