Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), Cisco Routing & Switching, and Cisco ISE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and operational support within large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) services using Infoblox.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise DDI infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Support Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for network assurance, monitoring, device provisioning, and automation.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure, including LAN/WAN environments.
- Assist in administering Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control, authentication, and endpoint policy enforcement.
- Perform network diagnostics and resolve connectivity, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and routing issues.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support enterprise networking initiatives.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for production issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Follow change management processes and implement network changes with minimal business impact.
- Support network upgrades, maintenance activities, and technology refresh projects.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and operational best practices.
Preferred Experience
- 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
- Hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
- Experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
- Good understanding of Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Exposure to Cisco ISE and enterprise authentication technologies.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
